Product Descriptions and Pricing

Product Descriptions

KingdomMerch and its vendors attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, KingdomMerch does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any KingdomMerch service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KingdomMerch itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

With respect to items sold by KingdomMerch, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by KingdomMerch is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.

Note: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Pay applicable taxes and shipping fees

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds and Title

KingdomMerch does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, KingdomMerch does not take title to the refunded item.

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

8. Vendor Terms

Vendors who sell on our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Fulfill orders promptly
